Under the guidance of my instructor, Mushfiqur Rahman, I've gained the skills and knowledge necessary to work with personal computers in a professional setting. I'm confident in my ability to select and install appropriate computer components, as well as perform repairs and upgrades on personal computers. I understand the importance of safety in the lab. I'm experienced in installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Additionally, I'm knowledgeable about local area networks and am able to configure devices to connect to LANs and the Internet. I'm also skilled in configuring devices to connect to the Internet and Cloud services. I'm able to explain how to configure, repair, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices. I'm familiar with configuring, securing, and troubleshooting mobile, OS X, and Linux operating systems. I can even install and share a printer to meet requirements.

Finally, I understand the importance of security in the IT field, and I'm able to implement basic host, data, and network security measures. I'm aware of the roles and responsibilities of IT professionals, and I'm committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in my work.
